The Sales Manager Programme, developed by PROpulsion, is designed to enhance the skills of sales managers in the financial advisory sector. This five-month programme covers various key areas including intrapreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, effective marketing, advanced networking, and exceptional client service.

It is ideal for sales managers and team leaders within the financial advisory field who aspire to elevate their leadership skills. You must currently be in the role and managing a minimum of 4 financial advisers. You need a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role as well.
The programme spans five months, starting June 2024, with structured modules and live interactive sessions.
The total fee for the programme is R10,000 excluding VAT, with a special launch price of R2,500 excluding VAT.
No, we do not offer payment terms at this time. The full amount must be settled before the start of the programme.

If you decide to withdraw from the programme within two weeks of the start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
Training sessions will be conducted online exclusively. Specific details and schedules will be provided after registration and enrollment is completed.
